Comments:    Thank you! That is what I thought about the millet. I will try to limit my hummus intake though ;) I am actually a vegetarian, and this diet has been working great using soy protein, and dairy only for the animal protein. I noticed when I did a search of the message board that some people said this would not work for a vegetarian. But it is working for me. So it can be done:) Thanks Again!
