03/24/04 About secondary types - Totally T!

Comments:    Okay. I'm just trying to get all of the little questions, that keep popping up in my head, answered. I do not loose weight (actual pounds) very easily, but I can see results (from exercise) within days of beginning. I have visible muscle in my thighs, you know the 'square-looking' muscle just above the knee. I notice the most results from doing exercises like sit-ups and leg lifts (laying down). I completely avoid exercises for my upper body, because my arms are already thin-but-muscular. The only fat problem I have above my belly-button is FAT ARMPITS! So sad! :(
