11/12/05 It turned out great!

Comments:    I am not much for following recipes or instructions. Making something healthy to eat that you enjoy can sometimes be challenging. It is much easier to just pop something in the microwave that is "healthy". I decided to make sprouted bread lightly toasted, buttered with avocado, topped with cooked tuna steak, carrots, and brocolli, and sprinkled with soy sauce. It tasted fabulous! Ray
