This is my first day of trying this diet, I'm feel spot on with Type A except that I don't have red meat cravings for the most part, and I do tend to crave breads. My 2nd highest on the quiz was a type T. What does this mean? Also I really love eggs for breakfast, I'll try to have more whole grains instead, but would egg whites be ok too? Any other suggestions or words of motivation for getting started? I'm really determined to lose about 45 pounds, but also discouraged from past failures.
