| Comments: | I am now up 20 lbs and have fallen so out of shape. I feel so hopeless as I am 9 years older than when I began this in 2001. Having this chat site is wonderful though. I committed myself today to begin as I did 9 years ago and to have you here is so helpful. I just wish I could tell you what this has meant to me. I would not be here without this program. It gave me my life. |
