| Comments: | Help! I feel the same way. I've been following the T-type program for 5 weeks now but I've only lost about 5 lbs. which seemed to come off the first week. I also purchased the workout video which I do 5-6 days/week in addition to walking 2-3 times/week. Am I doing something wrong or is the weight just going to come off that slowly? Good news is that I feel better and my clothes fit better so I'm sure inches are coming off! Advice? |
