| Comments: | I have been doing the t-type diet since Feb. 1 and have only lost about 5 lbs., which was all in the first 2 weeks. I feel much better but I don't understand why the weight is not coming off like it should. With that said, I do notice my clothes are fitting better which I'm sure means I've been losing inches at least. (I should have measured!) I'm even doing the workout video....HELP! |
