||Hello, I came across Body Type Diet just a few days ago.
According to the checklist I am a T type, but only a few points over G type. I am
very slim at my upper body (very small breasts, barely B cup), almost no fat at all,
except on upper arms, no cellulite yet there. But plenty on the rear, hips, knees.
when I don't train my legs and ankles get swollen very soon, especially if i sit a few
hours. I usually get tired quickly, have little endurance and strength, especially in
my upper body.
