Comments:    Hi Mila. Sorry I did not see this before? I will try to answer your questions> 1. All fruits are ok. As a G, you should count avocados more as a rarely food, though. 2. Potatoes are fine; count them in the starch category. 3. Yes, you can have eggs, for lunch or dinner, but stick to the G breakfast. 4. You can have bread and pasta; whole grain is best. 5.
