||I do feel weird after having coffee, like a dizzy unfocused feeling in my
head. Is that my thyroid activity?
I also feel the same sort of odd when my blood sugar gets low, like just
before the next meal. Will this go away as I continue the diet? Im on week
5 and have lost 8lbs already, defeating my plateau that other diets couldnt
get past, so Im happy, but on the soup part my cravings are insane.
