Comments:    Hi Elizabeth: 1. Turns out I am a T-Type and wondered why my thyroid was tested twice (most recently in January 2020) and found to be normal. 2. Why is vegetable oil touted! I avoid it like the plague. The only one I use is olive oil; the rest are hydrogenated and very bad for you. 3. Why are diet dressing and diet mayo on the plan? Normally they remove the fat and substitute sugar. 4. Why is saturated fat discouraged? Recent studies show it is far better for you than processed vegetable oils. Thank you!
