    Hello and welcome. My name is Rebecca Carroll, and I am so excited that you have chosen to look into Dr. Abravanel's Body Type System.  I am a mother of five children, and I know how hard it can be to keep up on your diet and exercise goals while still keeping up with your busy life.  Sometimes it seems a lot easier to just grab a quick unhealthy snack on your way out the door instead of fixing the healthy food that your body actually needs.  Fortunately, there is a solution to the imbalance of our daily lives: Dr. Abravanel's Body Type System.

    I was first introduced to this system when I was Body Typed years ago as a teenager.  I was always intrigued by the idea of this program, but didn't really look into it too much at that time.  A couple of years ago, I became a fitness instructor and started to really see the struggles people were having with health, balance, and nutrition.   I started to study Dr. Abravanel's system, and when I became a personal trainer I knew I had to become a Body Type Counselor.  I could not tell someone who came to me for help to just eat less and exercise more when I knew they could eat and exercise right specifically for their body type. 

    I also learned for myself how great the benefits of becoming a balanced T-type (thyroid) are.  I feel so much better in so many ways since I began to follow Dr. Abravanel's system.  I took the Counselor Training Course from  Elizabeth Morrison, co-author of Dr. Abravanel's Body Type Diet and Lifetime Nutrition Plan.  It was a wonderful experience, and this is such a great opportunity to really help people live better lives.  I truly believe this program is the best way for you to discover your best self, and to live a happier, healthier life.  I would be so happy to help you on this great journey to becoming the healthy, balanced person you have always wanted to become.
