Most of the Body Type items available on this web site can be downloaded to your computer at the time of purchase. This includes the Guide to Balance which is included at no additional cost with the Body Type Checklist, and the Body Type Counseling Modules. If you have trouble downloading any item you have purchased, contact me (Elizabeth) at elizabethmorrison@mac.com and I will be glad to help you with the download. 

Items which require shipping (which include the book Dr. Abravenel’s Body Type Diet and Lifetime Nutrition Plan and the exercise DVD Exercise Right for your Body Type are shipped to you via the US Postal Service within 24 hours of your order.
